Marketing Manager

I work closely with the Managing Director to develop the marketing activities/ plan for Lucas Fettes Financial Planning. My main focus is to support our regional offices with the generation of new business. I achieve this by utilising appropriate, targeted activity to increase brand awareness and engagement - this feeds into the company’s overarching business development objectives.

Central to my job role, as Marketing Co-ordinator, are working both independently and with my fellow marketing colleague. My responsibilities include managing the company’s website and social media platforms, creating useful marketing literature and resources, organising and coordinating events, as well as utilising other available opportunities to ensure maximum brand exposure and awareness. 

Where appropriate, I have also put the company forward for awards and accreditations. In February 2020 we were announced as one of the winners of the “Best Financial Advisers to Work For 2020” category at the Professional Adviser Awards. Similarly, in March 2021 we were awarded both the Adviser Firm of the Year | Midlands & East Anglia and Adviser Firm of the Year | UK accolades by Professional Adviser. In 2022, we were noted as ‘Highly commended’ in the same category’. All of these were particularly proud moments.

I also proposed the company commit to the Women in Finance Charter and took part in the project.

I'm a Marketing professional working in the financial services industry for an award-winning financial planning firm. 

I take pride in my work and enjoy the variation that comes with it. I'm particularly interested in strategy and how that can influence different marketing tactics. 

Outside of work, I enjoying travelling, hiking, and supporting Norwich City Football Club.
