I normally don’t do these kinda posts but when you consume hours of someone’s content and they suddenly pass away, it hits different.

I didn’t know who Ben was.
I’m not his boy.
I never spoke to him.

But I consumed hours of his content.

He was articulate — a great educator and storyteller.

He changed the way I used to think about things when it came to business.

I got a ton of value from his free stuff alone — value that’s made me grow my business this year.

1/ Build the lead list (@Apollo.io)

We’ve switched from Sales Navigator to Apollo.io and consistently get more qualified leads.
Sales Nav kept pulling in random profiles frustrating for us and our clients.

2/ Automate outreach (HeyReach.io)

Why do it manually when HeyReach.io handles the volume and keeps the cadence tight.

3/ Intent-based messaging

Be direct from message one. Lead with a strong offer and position yourself differently from the crowd.
Pro tip: Use InMails for us, ~97% of booked calls come from InMail sends.

4/ Speed to lead

If replies spike at certain times, be ready. Block time to respond fast or have an account manager handle it. Waiting 3+ hours = missed opportunities.

I booked 6 calls with staffing agencies in 48 hours. 

(All doing $1M+ in ARR)

It’s was a graft but here’s how : 

I didn’t use a VA. 
I’ve stopped using automations for a bit. 

It’s just me & Jeremiah Debayo putting in some hard graft. 

Doing the work everyone else’s avoids. 
10 hour days. 

There’s no “hack.”
Unfortunately there’s no “secret sauce.”

It’s a simple system that compounds over time.
It’s boring, super boring, but it works.

But needs to be done if you want more people knowing you can help them. 

Let’s break this down in 3 key steps👇🏾

1️⃣ Get super crystal clear on your dream client:

→ US staffing firms with 50+ employees
→ Decision-makers only (at least 5 years in role)

2️⃣ Direct DMs only: 

→ Keep the CTA chill: “Would this be relevant to you right?”
→ The goal is to qualify fast, not to chat forever.
You can be pen pals once they pay you.

3️⃣ Ruthless qualification

→ I’d rather have 3 qualified calls a week than 10 random ones.
→ Quality > vanity metrics.

I send them a video explainer that they must watch before the call. 

It’s currently 12 minutes long but looking to redo and make it 30 minutes.

The more someone consumes your stuff, the closer they are to eventually buy. 

You might get blocked sometimes with outbound.
You’ll get a lot more no than yes. 

Don’t take it personal, it’s just part of the game.

If you can’t handle rejection, this ain’t for you. 

The more “no’s” you get, the faster you’ll reach that “yes.”
