Before founding Incued, Josh began his career in the startup world as the first employee at Supplymind, where he worked on developing AI to tackle healthcare supply chain issues. He also gained experience in intelligence and security technology at Motorola Solutions and advised government technology startups, leading him to a role as a venture partner and head of Founders Network Chicago. It was through these experiences that Josh identified the problem Incued would later solve, driven by his fascination with the challenge and his background in AI and big data technology.
