Like most Product Managers, my journey to the role I am in now is pretty unique. I started with 15Five on our sales team and from there had the opportunity to join an emerging team focused on launching a new product line. With this chapter, I have got the opportunity to develop my skills as a Product Manager and also gain solid experience learning how to bring a product from idea to the market. This go-to-market experience has included product strategy, packaging, messaging, B2B sales enablement, and operations. As our product has grown, I have been able to focus on more holistic product management and growth efforts. This has included user engagement, retention, discovery, data analysis, and roadmapping. Most recently, I have been able to work on developing features that incorporate AI, in support of solving customer problems at immense scale. From here, my goal is to strengthen my skills as a Product Manager and continue to embrace a growth mindset as I develop my craft. In addition to my product experience, working at 15Five has made me passionate about the power of strong leadership and culture in a team. Getting to build a human-centered performance & engagement product has made me more conscious of how I can best show up for my team, to help contribute to a thriving culture.
