Negotiated settlements with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other insurance companies to effectively resolve claims.

Provided assessment of needs and implemented necessary actions for individuals being seen at the Saratoga County Mental Health Clinic. Counsel individuals with matters including, but not limited Social Security benefits, Medicaid/Medicare procedures, and housing options. Held a chair in the TSA Grants Committee Board as well as the Saratoga County Rental Assistance Program Advisory Committee.
