My time bringing a video game to market with a team from Hong Kong, USA, Singapore, Nigeria, and Israel taught me how to train individuals on systems across different backgrounds. I think the greatest reward is watching a team working in sync across multiple backgrounds. Even a small team is capable of doing valuable work when set up with the right systems.
