Josh Smith is an experienced IT Administrator with a concentration in server and network administration. With experience in managed services and internal IT, Josh has developed the skillset necessary to adapt and rise to new challenges. With the everchanging landscape of technology and security, he invests heavily in personal and professional development through certifications and self-study. In the span of two year's time, Josh successfully completed the CompTIA Network+, Linux+, and Cisco CCNA tests to develop the core network and Operating System fundamentals needed to succeed in IT. Being a self-starter, Josh pieced together a humble network lab in his home and continues to upgrade it and build real world simulated environments to hone his skills outside of work. His favorite aspect of information technology is the constant challenge, which fuels his drive to learn and develop new skills and approaches to the industry's most frequent problems.
