I joined KLNB in 2014 and was named Principal in 2021. I am a retail advisor representing landlords and tenants on retail pad site deals. I have advised both local and institutional landlords as well as a variety of regional and national tenants expanding in the mid-Atlantic. I am proud to represent these Tenant and Landlord clients; Sheetz Popeyes Learning Care Group Flagship Carwash Outback Steakhouse Dunkin’ Visionworks Norton Scott Realty Income Brixmor Finmarc I also work with developers, investors, and owners throughout Maryland and Virginia to find sites for their next project, to purchase land or other assets for development. Previously to KLNB, I had nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, working with both Renaud Consulting and Thur and Associates. I currently reside in Loudoun County, Virginia, with my wife and am the proud father of three children, and I love to travel, cheering on the Washington DC sports teams.
