- March 28th 2022, ENGIE North America acquired the US operations and pipeline of Photosol US Renewable Energy which included over 7.5 GW of solar along with storage projects across the US.

- March 14th 2022, D.E. Shaw Renewables aka DESRI acquired a total of 680MWp, assets requiring significant capex, located in San Juan County, New Mexico: Includes 2 secured projects of 376MWp with 20-year fixed-price PPAs executed and with commercial operation dates between 2022-2023

- March 14th 2022, D.E. Shaw Renewables aka DESRI acquired a total of 680MWp, assets requiring significant capex, located in San Juan County, New Mexico: Includes 2 secured projects of 376MWp with 20-year fixed-price PPAs executed and with commercial operation dates between 2022-2023

JV formed with Photosol in 2017. Project acquired by Photosol US from Panorama Company in June 2018. FCSC is a 1,500 MW solar w/storage project that is strategically sited and will utilize existing interstate transmission infrastructure via the retiring the San Juan Generating Station, the Four Corners Power Plant and the WAPA Shiprock Substation.

Acquired by EDF Renewable Energy in February 2016. Continuing to support project as a consultant. 

700 MW-AC PV solar w/315 MW storage project with a estimated cost of $600mm strategically sited to utilize existing interstate transmission infrastructure on 1729 acres leased from the Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands (SITLA) with an executed easement to the Intermountain Power Project (IPP). The project will interconnect at the IPP switchyard and use the 500 HVDC Southern Transmission System (STS) that travels to the Adelanto switchyard in Southern California. Highlights:
- The project is in the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP) interconnection queue. Feasibility Study Phase is completed and System Impact Study (SIS) is underway.
- Approved Solar Conditional Use Permit with Millard County.
- Approved Substation Conditional Use Permit with Millard County.
- Approved 345kv Transmission Line Conditional Use Permit with Millard County.
- Approved General Plan Amendment creating a Major Utility Corridor from project site to IPP.
- Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment completed by Cardno ATC.
- Completed Biological & Cultural Studies by Cardno ENTRIX.
- U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service letter stating FWS have not identified any issues that give FWS concern relative to species or critical habitat listed under the Endangered Species Act within the project area.
- US Army Corp of Engineers concurrence regarding no waters of the US and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. 
- The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) issued its cultural concurrence letter from the Utah Division of of State History. 
- Utah Division of Wildlife Resources letter confirming no records of occurrence for any threatened, endangered, or sensitive species within the project area.
- The project has received authorization for the Utah Office of Energy Alternative Energy Development Incentive (AEDI) worth an estimated $26.9mm over 20 years.
