Produced bridal shows in the Bay Area, Sacramento, Central Valley, and Sierras markets in California under the brand Party & Wedding Fair. Published wedding magazines in the Sacramento, Central Valley, and Sierras markets in California.

Built CRM database and digital marketing program. Developed and expanded product lines for bridal shows to include digital lead generation for vendors. Grew web traffic, social media engagement, and partner channel engagement for multiple California markets. Provided marketing consulting for channel partners.

I was promoted to Store Sales Manager of store #727 - West Town Mall in Knoxville, TN in November 2005.  After earning numerous sales and training awards and hiring and promoting several new Managers and Assistant Managers I was promoted to the title of Market Leader in 2006, and then to Manager Trainer shortly after.  I moved to store #524 - Stones River Mall in Murfreesboro, TN in 2007 and was promoted again to store #412 - Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA in 2009.  During my career with Finish Line I promoted 9 new Store Sales Managers through the MIT program, while always maintaining the highest standards with the staff and operations of my store locations.
