GROW is my favorite four-letter word. To be in recruiting and talent attraction for as long as I have, you learn a few things. One - that it MATTERS what type of company you recruit for. I value your life experience, because recruiting isn't a transaction. Your business takes up so many hours of your life, so the company you partner with should be in alignment and ready to support you in a partnership that brings betterment to your life and career. Beyond that, why would I want a mediocre company to grow? I am with PRMI because they genuinely stand behind their values, to help you and your clients thrive. Two - that it MATTERS who I bring into our family. Our culture is paramount, and that means that we have to partner with the right people, not just everyone. I'm here to uphold the integrity of that culture, and find our like-minded people out there. Three - my favorite two letter word is 'NO'. No is always a perfectly acceptable answer on both sides. This is a conversation about YOUR business and my company. I find that relationships don't end just because your business style and my company are not a best fit for each other.
