This quote has proven true in my personal and professional life, and as I strive to help others around me, I have found that I continue to grow as well. As a Project Manager, I have driven continuous improvement of the product through its lifecycle to ensure we are delivering value to our customers and adapting quickly to changing market conditions. I have also lead multi-million dollar projects and cross-functional team members across the globe. I have developed and rolled out new processes in a Center of Excellence PMO and driven projects through phase-gate and Agile methodologies. Areas of expertise in Project Management: Data Analysis, Risk Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & Operations. As a Product Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many different project groups and settings. I have guided multiple dedicated teams serving as a product owner and stakeholder in a SCRUM/agile team environment. Within those teams, we have developed multiple products for mobile and browser-based cloud platforms using Microsoft Azure DevOps. Areas of expertise in Product Management: Product Lifecycle Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance & Supply Chain. One of my passions during my career has been bringing people together with diverse backgrounds and skill sets to work towards a common goal.
