Focused on building a solid mechanical foundation for our athletes, we used open source fitness with Crossfit as our base. 

Power in Motion was also an official Spartan SGX coaching facility.  Power in Motion partnered with Windhawk Therapy to create a sports therapy center focused around active isolated stretching.
