Josh Weinstein's Linkedin Analytics

Josh has spent the last 13 years building early-stage ventures as well as investing in 25+ companies, helping an additional dozen raise funds, and advising a multitude of others. Most recently, he fostered the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the multi-bottom line cannabis industry by hosting monthly education and networking events. Speakers included members of Congress, billion-dollar company CEOs, athletes, and celebrities. This grew to hundreds of attendees and expanded around the country. Josh has spent the majority of his time and focus in tech. His first company was a venture-backed consumer social site featured in NYT and WSJ that pivoted into a video platform used by disparate folks ranging from Viacom to the Mexican President’s Office. Prior thereto, he created a new type of survey methodology funded by Google.org and used by Wikipedia, the Washington Post, and more. Josh graduated from Princeton in 2009 where he was student body president and earned a degree in East Asian Studies with a focus on Chinese language. He is the former US High School speed chess champion and a chess Master, now addicted to ping pong. Josh is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer agent with Series 82 and 63 certification.
