To say this past year has been unpredictable would be an understatement. From being laid off twice to now owning a four-unit franchise, the journey has been nothing short of incredible. Along the way, I’ve met amazing people, provided top-notch gear and merch, and found that to be the most rewarding part of this ride. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned? When you say you’re going to do something, do it. It’s shocking how many people skip that simple step, but sticking to it has paid off tremendously for my business. It might sound obvious, but every week I’m blown away by how much business we earn just by under-promising, over-delivering, and doing exactly what we said we would. Today, I’m leading a team of five incredible salespeople who share my passion for supporting coaches and businesses with the best gear and merch. I’m fired up about the next phase of growth—it’s going to help us improve accountability, streamline processes, and scale faster. Of course, it’s not all rainbows and unicorns. I’m sleeping less than ever and carrying more stress than a kid at the ice cream truck hoping for drumsticks. But honestly? I’ve never been happier. I’ve chosen this path for myself and my team so we can deliver experiences that are different, memorable, and unmatched.
