I am responsible for defining the processes used by the engineering team, including the CI/CD workflow, the cloud products that are utilized, and the agile process that is followed. I had a prominent role in helping our company receive SOC 2 certification. I also participate in defining our roadmap to help determine what will be developed and to give guidance to the engineering teams on how to best design the solutions. I hold regular 1:1s with everyone on the engineering team and help them to achieve their short-term and long-term career goals.

Hired as the first developer at Casted. Worked on the entire tech stack, including multiple React web applications and NodeJS back-end services with a GraphQL API. 

I managed all infrastructure in Google Cloud and created the CI/CD pipeline in Jenkins and then later moved to GitHub Actions.

Senior Software Developer

I led multiple teams that were responsible for the development of the core applications offered by Synovia. The teams were a mix of local, remote, and offshore developers.
I helped launch the Here Comes the Bus mobile app, including designing the APIs that the app uses, which now has over 400,000 daily active users.
