Early career campus recruiter-Emerging Talent

• Serve as program lead for managing and building partnership with 20+ HBCU and HSI diverse student organizations to provide awareness of Wells Fargo’s University Programs and help source diverse talent.
• Partner with early career recruiting team in sourcing to help fill approximately 1200+ internship roles through all 16 programs. 
• Represent Wells Fargo at national and in house diversity events, information sessions, and core HBCU and HSI campus fairs while providing students with information regarding career opportunities. 
•Leverage and partner with multiple business stakeholders to organize in person and virtual recruiting events, such as workshop facilitations, networking receptions, community service, resume drives, mock interviews, and additional student organization events to brand Wells Fargo and source top talent.
• Utilize various CRMs and ATS such as Handshake, Beamery, Workday, Career Eco, and Symplicity to source eligible candidates and register for university events. 
• Continue to build partnerships with additional lines of business by participating, facilitating, and assisting with various recruitment and sourcing programs across the business.

Target Sourcing Specialist - Early Career and Univeristy Programs Sourcer

•	Maintain the full life cycle recruiting for 80+ interns and entry level associate positions with a focus on North Carolina and New York City. 
•	Source, screen, and qualify candidates for active requisitions and develop a network of potential talent through ongoing relationship management.
•	Plan and execute two inaugural Summer Leadership Programs held in North Carolina and New York City by managing applications, handling multiple vendors’ offers, and creating agendas for each. 
•	Increased internship application on average by 15% per campus by assisting in the development of techniques on improving candidate satisfaction and quality of interviews.
•	Manage the recruitment process for multiple openings by attending campus fairs, planning events, sourcing candidate identification, scheduling interviews, offers, and closing and pre-boarding.

- Directed student organization team of two by supporting the operations and development of student organizations with oversite on a $10,000 budget. 
- Increased student organization membership by upwards of 20% through creating and facilitating training on recruitment and retention, leadership development, event management, and understanding strengths. 
•	Executed and assisted alongside 100+ events of school-wide events through designing advertisements, developing the budget, working with vendors, assigning staff roles, and requesting event space for events ranging from 15 - 1000+ participants.

•	Crafted success plans for at-risk individuals including connecting with appropriate support for tutoring, coaching, wellness services, and disability accommodations.
•	Aided students in adding psychology as a primary or secondary major and minor while recommending courses to ease in the transition.

•	Supervised 25 students in their service-learning assignments with 5 service agencies across Tallahassee.
•	Handled the upkeep of attendance and discussion board posts each week.
•	Created lesson plans, group activities, and discussion questions for two class periods each week.
