• Create daily productivity, staffing, and volume plans for picking and diverting over 100,000 cartons in a shift.
• Input quality, delivery, and productivity data metrics into optimization tools to make improvement adjustments.

Outbound Operations Intern - Regional Distribution Center

Assisted Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operation of both the Inbound and Packing department.
