Previously there was $120MM+ estimated ad sales classified was unbranded and incremental that were actually branded and non-incremental. This freed up budget to put towards incremental ad spend.

Created and implemented a project plan to jump start a 2 different Mars Candy brands on Amazon in 2019 and 2020. Both contract work with a limited time frame. 

Changes resulted in an immediate increase of 120% in weekly sales and a quarterly increase year over year of over 250% over the next 10 months

Worked with internal creative team to create best in class product pages (A+/EBC) and a brand store along with optimizing and creating new campaigns within their Seller Central and AMS (now AP) accounts. 

* After 1 week of implementations, weekly sales increased by 80% and remained consistent over the following weeks. 

* Cut ACOS by improving content on product pages (led creative direction but assets created and provided by a stellar internal team)
