In this position, I performed HRIS Integrations, ATS Administration, and HR Analytics. We utilized UKG for our HRIS needs, and I ran reports primarily in Excel from database exports. I also trained new HRBPs on the nuances of iCIMS, our ATS solution. 
I learned many new skills and found it to be an incredible role for my career skills and personal development both.

My specialty is working with data. I like to be the Mr. Spock of the team, and spend my time focused on solving problems and optimizing processes.
I believe in integrity, even to the point where it costs you. I'm married, and my wife and I live in Renton, WA. My side project for 2023 is using my HRIS/ATS knowledge to help my wife parlay her Pastry Chef/Bakery experience into building a specialized recruiting firm for bakeries. 
I'm working in the non-profit sector at this time, with future plans to one day start my own non-profit. 
Things I enjoy include video games, audiobooks, D&D, and spending time with my dog.
I've got a child on the way, and I'm psyched to teach them all about databases and spreadsheets.
