I’m the President of Malone Healthcare, where I focus on scaling business, driving sales, and building high-performing teams. My career has been centered on growth psychology—understanding what moves people, markets, and revenue. I’ve led organizations through expansion, optimized operations, and developed leaders who can execute at the highest level. Previously, I served as President of Talent4Health and as Vice President & COO of LRS Healthcare, where I helped transform companies into national players by aligning strategy, execution, and culture. Academically, I’m pursuing a Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership at Creighton University and hold a Master’s in Organisational Leadership from the University of Oxford and an Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University. My undergraduate studies were at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with additional coursework at Mansfield College, Oxford. Beyond my work, I’m a co-owner and managing partner of investment groups in real estate, insurance, retail, and hospitality, applying the same principles of scalability, efficiency, and leadership development across industries. I’m passionate about business growth, acquisitions, and unlocking the potential in people and organizations. My wife, Shannyn, and I live in Omaha with our daughter, Harper, and actively support local philanthropic efforts.
