My company recognizes that individuals with disabilities are often as or more qualified than their peers and it is my aim to "bridge the gap" between job seekers and employers by providing quality staffing solutions. Bridging the Gap Staffing also specializes in 503 compliance and work site assessments.

As a Professional Do-Gooder I work with a variety of at-risk populations. I specialize in mentorship and social capital development. In my work I collaborate with many schools, non-profits, community groups, and local governments.
