● Utilize R to organize, analyze, and visualize large sets of data

● Assist senior staff with academic research projects by collecting and organizing data, performing econometric and statistical analyses with STATA, and conducting literature reviews 
● Research topics include payment system security issues, interchange fee regulation, the effects of the Dodd-Frank Act, access to the payment ecosystem for the unbanked, data breach notification laws, and the use of alternative financial services by the unbanked and underbanked population 
● Coauthored a white paper with Senior Economist Fumiko Hayashi that examined the cost of banking the unbanked through alternative financial services
