•	Conducted all hiring and training to get a team of 33 support agents in the Philippines fully operational within 6 weeks. Built out training materials, assessments, quality assurance processes, and defined KPIs. 
•	Installed 4 Team Leads in the Philippines to help expand the team to a headcount of 56 while I continued to manage the team by remote in Los Angeles.
•	Developed animated training videos for independent contractors and internal employees.
•	Worked with Product Managers to define needs and prioritize features for internal dashboards.
•	Implemented scripting software to automate repetitive tasks, resulting in 1,480 work-hours saved monthly across 4 departments of Bird’s Operations in both the US and EU offices.
•	Led vendor management for our outsourcing partner, with daily correspondence with their C-level executives.
