Project: Rashid Hussein Bank (RHB) Smart Chatbot with Automated Sentiment Analysis and CSAT Score Analysis

1. Modularise engines by Tokenization, Sentence Breaking, Stemming and Lemmatization, Part-Of-Speech Tagging, Chunking, Syntax Parsing, Sentence Chaining, TF/IDF, Vectorization and Accuracy testing increase the performance and reliability test for the chatbot itself by more than 14.57%
2. Utilise the NLTK library for sentiment analysis and compare it with the CSAT score to see the correlation between CSAT and the sentiment analysis made which has a high correlation of 0.87.

Project: Gender Equality on Domestic Violence & Mental Well-Being Research

1. Research and elaborate on the best-supporting data for Domestic Violence worldwide with more than 10,000 data and implement data transformation, cleansing and standardisation resulting in significant correlations between the suicidal cases for both genders and domestic violence.
2. Exploration with other possible ML such as Multiple Linear Regression, Gradient Boosting Regressor, ADA Boost Regressor, Decision Tree Regressor and MLP Regressor by ensuring accuracy testing of more than 85%.

Project: E-Rezeki (Application Tracking Behavior) Data Analysis (Big Data Analytics)

1. Stage data cleaning, standardisation and transformation that involve more than 100,000 data to fit the use case 
2. Recommend suitable machine learning - Association Rules, to correlate the relationships between the 100K users and provided data and outline and visualise relationships node using NetworkX and dashboard

Project: Sentiment Analysis with Online Digital Learning for UKM Students 

1. Research and detailed data acquired for the Exploratory Data Analysis drive the probability of the outcome of more than 50%, thus supporting the objectivity of the research.
2. Manipulate data by standardizing text documents, Tokenization, Vectorization and other processes for the SentimentIntensityAnalyzer to acquire the polarity of the sentiment.

Project: Pasarayaku Sales Analysis and Visualization with Tableau and Power Bi

1. Conducted in-depth descriptive data analysis for Pasarayaku company, leveraging advanced data science techniques to clean, standardize, and analyze more than 30 Millions of data.
2. Developed and presented detailed data visualizations using Tableau to help Pasarayaku's leadership team gain valuable insights and make data-driven decisions, resulting in improved operational efficiency, increased revenue, and enhanced customer experiences.


Project: Timeseries Moving Object Forecasting with ARIMA Analysis

1. Normalized data using Scalar Min-Max approaches and visualized movement trajectories for all 4 transmitters and 1 sensor
2. Implement the best hyperparameters for ARIMA to fit the data and achieve less error by checking the RMSE, MSE and MAE as a basic benchmark and develop a dashboard to visualize the animated movement of the data and achieve an average of 0.045% error overall
