I also run our business development and marketing efforts, where I've built a pipeline of $500,000 in new business. As a Managing Partners, I help manage all facets of Speedlane business operations.

Metropolitan Transportation Authority

Built a digital services team at the MTA to fifteen people, took over major customer-facing platforms where we are iterating and shipping code every 2-3 weeks. Managed major projects with outside vendors including our Mercury communications system and the live subway map. Contribute to communications strategy.

Brought in as a "PDF killer", with a broad mandate to eliminate paper forms and pdfs. I wish it was as simple as just building web forms. I pushed change around digital signatures, flexible payment systems, and workflow processes. This has involved tackling process change and government procurement with an eye towards user experience.  

I also stepped in on other projects. I spend about half my time as an Engagement Strategist. I ran an RFP for a new email marketing system, implemented it, and moved 77 City newsletters onto it. I spent about 6 months running the City's main social channels when our Engagement Director left. I helped departments tackle their communications and content challenges.
