Responsible for the development of new and innovative products in the Fitness category at High Street TV. 

Named inventor of a patent-pending exercise assistant named Squat Magic, I led the creation of a home fitness brand at High Street TV called New Image. 

Currently working on a second patent-pending invention - a multi-exercise device.

•	Introduced a new sales proposition expected to be worth £2.5m in 2016
•	Proactively managed product marketing campaigns across Catering in response to commercial requirements.  Most recent campaign resulted in £100k sales in first 3 weeks from sales team
•	Built strong supplier relationships and negotiated pricing for private labelled core offering, expected to save the company £45k per annum
•	Managed the creation of market specific posters, adverts and user profiles, allowing more targeted messaging
•	Presented a daily “snapshot” and monthly update to senior stakeholders on the Catering budget
•	Creatively categorised the product offering into “Cook, Cool, Clean” to simplify the messaging for the sales team - a methodology that was subsequently rolled out across all other divisions in the business

Product Marketing Manager

•	Built and drove a product management team in response to increased interest from commercial partners for bespoke, innovative solutions
•	Responsible for defining product marketing strategy for cutting edge materials with a £1.5m development budget
•	Created successful pitches for a diverse range of customers including Ministry of Defence (UK), Department of Defense (US), Oakley and Under Armour
•	Owned the development of a unique military helmet liner which subsequently won the “Queens Award for Innovation”
•	Integral part of a cross-functional taskforce that was created to implement the company strategy and help achieve a growth of the business from £2.4m (FY13) to £9.1m (FY15)
•	Responsible for marketing budget related to product development and launch including international trade shows and conferences

Senior Product Marketing Manager

•	Conducted complete overhaul of website which involved briefing 3rd party management in line with wider company strategy
•	Worked with 3rd party developers to create an innovative and interactive B2B app
•	Developed an online presence through social media from scratch – (Facebook 50 likes to 3,000, Twitter 10 followers to 600 in 6 months)
•	Responsible for a £700k marketing budget focused particularly on increasing brand recognition in each of our product categories
•	Created digital and printed marketing literature to educate the customer about a complex material which required a strong understanding of the technical elements.

Duties:  Creating themes, concept generation, idea selection, minute taking, designing presentations, launching seasonal ranges (Autumn/Winter 2009)
Extra:  Built a relationship with the local gym and secured a kit deal with their staff

Marketing and E-commerce:
Duties:  New website development, organising a photo shoot for a seasonal theme book, creating point-of-sale displays, offering kit and information to customers and players.
Extra:  Created a back order management system which increased sales by £35,000, helped a school associated with a sponsored club to create a timeline of the kit for a globalisation project.  Worked hard on corporate social responsibility, offered a wounded soldier a signed shirt from his favourite club.

Sales:
Duties:  Securing forward orders for the coming season whilst maintaining immediate sales.  Exceeded £40,000 forward order sales in 23 days.
