Consultancy work

Joined Dover Corp. to design, develop and oversee the completion of an international recruitment strategy for technology professionals, initially in Krakow before expanding into Sweden (Malmo) and Belgium (various).

Key Achievements:
- Successfully delivered initial strategy in record time (contract extended to oversee build out in Sweden & Belgium)
- Built one of the strongest software engineering teams in Dover's history (see recommendation)
- Built a recruitment marketing strategy which saw a record-high 74% attraction rate for potential employees.

I was invited to join the team at WorldSkills and I spoke on the "Top Influencers" stage at The Skills Show 2017. The Skills Show is the nation’s largest skills and careers event helping to shape the future of a new generation, by helping young people to go further, faster in their careers.

As an avid traveller, adventurer and now somewhat of a 'veteran' of Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, I'm fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to meet incredible people in all 4-corners of the world. 

Like most in recruitment, I started in an agency environment before having an opportunity to join a public speaking circuit and deliver topical keynote talks at conferences across the world including Dubai, Australia and the UK. During that time BAE Systems recognised me as a "Top Influencer" at the WorldSkills event, attended by 70,000 people each year. That's something I'm super proud of!🎤

🤮 Covid came and with travel bans left, right and centre it was time to re-focus on recruiting so since then I've been helping YCG to expand their Embedded Talent Acquisition and Fractional Recruiting services worldwide.
