I was hired to lead the global strategy and operations of the company in order to scale up the business. Growing the roster of talent as well as number of services on offer. This included setting up the Los Angeles office.

Co-founded by social media entrepreneurs Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee, MVE provides the talent it represents with the expertise, guidance and entrepreneurial spirit of two of the world’s leading social media personalities. Alongside a first class team of experts and the world's foremost entertainment companies in IMG and WME.

Before founding We Generate, I and the team behind the agency worked on developing, growing & managing the largest social media publisher of it’s kind, with > 100 million followers. 

The agency went on to work on global campaigns through thousands of different social media publishers & creators. With hundreds of millions of followers and generating billions of views.
