Launched WeGym v2 - UberPooling Personal Training - A 3 sided marketplace connecting trainers, studios and clients to offer a low-cost personal training solution.

All the stereotypical early stage startup fun - my Co-Founder left and we ran out of cash after WeGym V1.  Learned how to acquire customers on a desperately shoestring budget - acquired my first 25 clients using A4 Posters (which we printed for free obvs ) and Tinder.

Inspired by the Pandemic... I decided to explore building a personal brand in the fitness space and succeed. I learned about funnels, growth hacking, storytelling, content marketing and the delicious value of high margin. Great experience. Ultimately decided I didn't want to be a fitness coach and ended in profit.

Most exciting marketing memory was the 10:1 ROAS FB Ads funnel leveraging VAs, messenger and sales funnels.

After recently completing the Microsoft Apprenticeship Program. I was chosen to represent Microsoft as an Apprentice Ambassador. I believe young people need to be aware of invaluable opportunity available to them via the Apprenticeship scheme from the earliest age possible. I'm keen to work with anyone who share's this vision for Apprenticeships and Careers in IT.

It's been a wonderful Journey! Here are some of my Key achievements;

- Microsoft YouthSpark Summit:Deepening the Impact - Redmond, Washington 2014
Requested to speak at the Microsoft Youthspark Summit at Microsoft HQ in Redmond Washington. An Incredible privileged to visit the Microsoft HQ but to be explicitly requested to represent the UK as a panelist and speaker and share my story at Global level had me beside myself. 

- Microsoft Youthspark Advisers Convene Brussels 2014
I was invited to the Microsoft Youthspark advisers Convene held in Brussels which featured a European wide panel of NGOs, Start-up Business, Entrepreneurs and Microsoft Senior Personnel. The meeting's agenda primarily focused on how we can support, improve and promote Digital literacy, Internships, Apprenticeships* and Entrepreneurship Globally. 

As a beneficiary of the apprenticeship scheme I was chosen to give a speech on how we can improve Apprenticeships across Europe.

- Skills Show 2013
I also Worked for Microsoft as an Apprentice Ambassador at the Skills Show 2013 held at the NEC, Birmingham, with 100,000 registered visitors. Our aim was to deliver a message of inspiration and encouragement to students, parents, teachers and anybody interested in joining the IT industry that apprenticeships are a successful conduit for starting an IT Career and to help bring awareness to the tools available for learning software development.

I shared my personal experience as an apprentice especially hoping to engage with students who were in the same dilemma I faced before starting my apprenticeship betwixt between working and education.

Sole UK representative amongst 18 Global advisors galvanized to advise Microsoft on the Youthspark Project which is a commitment to empower 300 million young people with opportunities for education, employment and entrepreneurship.

IT is at the heartbeat of eCourier and I'm privileged to lead the business in a technological direction. 

Defining an executing the IT Strategy for the business, aligning technology with core business needs are my main objectives whilst providing a high availability infrastructure to keep the lights on and our clients happy. 

Day to day responsibilities consist of:
• Responsible for the IT Infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Management of a small highly skilled team 
• Recruitment, Appraisal, Training, Development and Coaching of IT Personnel.
• Establishing relationships with key suppliers, leveraging vendor capabilities & delivering value for money IT
• Developing IT procedures and policies, Risk Management, Asset Management, Data Protection, Helpdesk Support and Change Management.
• Managing relationships with key suppliers and leveraging prices for cost savings 
• Reporting to the CEO, including regular meetings with the board of directors to cover present IT developments.

Head Of Technology

After successfully completing my Apprenticeship I was offered a permanent contract as a IT Support Analyst.

Day to day responsibilities consist of:
• Windows Server 2003/2008/R2 : AD, Group Policy, DNS, WDS/MDT, WSUS, DHCP
• Spiceworks Help desk Management, Inventory and Alerts
• Solarwinds iPMonitor for enterprise monitoring.
• VMware ESXI 5.5, Vcenter, VSphere client Administration
• Managing Asigra Backups
• Managing relationships with vendors and service providers
• Training and mentoring staff on our IT policies, procedures and systems.
• Creating and updating current internal IT support policies
• Assuming IT management responsibilities in the absences of the IT manager.
• Implemented Kaspersky Security Center 10 and Security Policies.
• Utilising VBScripts and Powershell to automate tasks.
• Creating network architecture diagrams using Visio 2010


Key Achievements
• Implemented PDQ Deploy as a Software Deployment solution which reduced time spent on installations tickets from 10 Minutes to 2-3 minutes which improved our productivity on tickets of this nature by 60%.

IT Support Analyst

As an apprentice I worked I was the first point of contact for all issues regarding end user computing devices and VOIP telephony. I was also responsible for managing the company PDA and desktop estate.

During this role I was nominated for the Microsoft Apprentice of the Year award, in which I came in 2nd place. I was privileged to receive my award at the House of Commons and meet the managing director of Microsoft UK and Minister of State for employment.

Day to day responsibilities consist of:
•	Providing 1st and 2nd line support to all employees and clients from couriers to the CEO
•	Providing technical support via telephone, email, and Spiceworks our ticketing system.
•	Supporting users on a Windows XP/Vista/7/8 and Office 2007/2010/365 Platform
•	Assisting in the administration of an estate of 25 Windows 2003,2008,2008 R2 Servers 
•	Active Directory User Administration; User accounts creation, modification and deletion as well as password resetting.
•	Remotely supporting users on-site and off-site using Dameware
•	Supporting and managing the inventory and assets of 400+ PDA devices
•	Liaising with vendors for support, repairs and hardware maintenance.
•	Updating and deploying Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 AV
•	Building and deploying workstations using the Symantec Ghostcast server
•	Creating and updating technical documentation, guides and spreadsheets
