In my previous role, I enhanced business efficiency by leading an operational team in the creation, rollout, and management of new service offerings. My contributions included boosting business productivity through the recruitment of employees and training staff on best practices and protocols. I ensured smooth workflow by supporting full-service design and construction using aftermarket IKEA products, proudly serving as the first IKEA+ service provider in a developed country.

Some of my proudest achievements in this role included:

➢ Expanding from 1 market to 11 markets in two years, as well as extending the service region from Southern California to six states, through effective business development strategies.
➢ Decreasing material and labor costs by negotiating national contracts with contractors and suppliers.
➢ Streamlining work processes by directing a team of 25 design and construction professionals.
➢ Achieving 200% growth year over year via the utilization of robust strategies.

IKEA Kitchen Services (Formerly Traemand)

During this tenure, I attained highest regional sales and client satisfaction KPI scores within six months of market rollout. I assessed regional capacity requirements and provided support for additional markets. I recommended strategies to implement in regional marketing plans. 

I analyzed local competition and strengthened company's brand position in assigned regional areas.

My key accomplishments include:

➢ Met business objectives by overseeing network of construction businesses spread throughout six locations in Southern California and Nevada, with yearly sales revenue of $700M.
➢ Accomplished business success by spearheading building services 75 to 100 projects at once, along with updating stakeholders in office and out in field on regular basis.
➢ Maximized service capability by increasing team from 6 to 45+ direct reports and 5 sub-contractors.
➢ Raised sales volume by 22% within two years through peer-to-peer coaching and leading sales team.

Regional Market Manager 

IKEA

During this job, I led seamless execution of business operations by supervising all phases of critical infrastructure construction from existing remodels to new facility construction. 

I optimized workflow by negotiating master agreements with all designers and contractors as well as defining scope of work. I initiated and oversaw daily walk-throughs with all project participants to provide updates on project's progress towards completion.

My most significant achievements during this role include:
➢ Met sales goals by managing architectural layout in collaboration with matrix partners.
➢ Obtained 66% reduction in repurchase of equipment by applying set of comprehensive tracking processes and analyzing equipment loss.
➢ Improved operational proficiency by providing budget forecasts and guidance to coworkers on expectations of daily/weekly scope completion.
➢ Drove optimal business performance by directing number of different projects and 27 million-dollar-per-year kitchens department.

Served as the primary point of contact for all face to face customer questions or concerns at both the Cash Lanes and Returns & Exchanges Desk.
