Within the realm of Special Investigations Unit (SIU), I navigated through a spectrum of managerial positions encompassing roles as Special Investigator, Team Manager, Analytics Manager, Technology Manager, and ultimately, Zone Manager. In my final role, I was entrusted with the oversight of seven specialized teams within the West Zone, each dedicated to thorough investigative protocols. My stewardship encapsulated a workforce of 65 individuals, inclusive of seven skilled leaders, fostering a collaborative environment for investigative excellence. A profound understanding of fraud detection technology, coupled with superior analytical capabilities, underscored the holistic investigative methodology adopted during my tenure.
