Full responsibility for the integration of Training and Development capability and controls from Orchid into Mitchells & Butler:
•	Created and delivered an integration operations model amalgamating 183 businesses.
•	Devised and implemented a new Organisation Structure.
•	Introduced and managed deployment initiatives. 
•	Coached and Mentored at all levels across both companies.
•	Set up strategic intervention with training execution.
•	Produced clear and concise resource planning documentation, ensuring retention where possible.
•	Delivered a targeted guest feedback metric to ensure consistent engagement between the 
        integration sites and their Customers during transition.
•	Assisted in the increase on net sales via training and implementation of an award winning General 
        Manager program.
•	Organised and facilitated ensuring Level 3 Food Safety and Level 3 Fire, Health and safety across 
        all 183 management teams.
•	Devised and delivered an award winning Apprenticeship Scheme of both back and front of house 
        staff, culminating in an uplift in sales.
•	Worked alongside divisional experts to write Management Development modules in Sales, 
        Marketing, Operations, P&L, Stock and Personal effectiveness.

•	Devised, developed and implemented the Career Pathway, ensuring successful integration with the 
        award winning “Steps to Excellence” Graduate Scheme.
•	Created and co-ordinated effective training solutions supporting the whole business to aid in the 
        increase of sales.
•	Managed and facilitated the NVQ programme.
•	Responsible for all aspects of Recruitment, from on boarding, placement and induction to 
        succession planning.
•	Constructed and managed the continuous evolution of operational training documents across all 
        sectors of the company.
•	Coached and Mentored area managers, focusing on operations, sales, development and ROI.
•	Hired and counselled three new Graduate Trainers.
•	Designed and developed an online network for Training Managers to support all business sectors, 
        including workbooks explaining each step of the career ladder.
