After successfully completing the Legal Practice Course and graduating with a Masters in Law, Business and Management in 2018, I trained as a Solicitor and was admitted to the SRA roll of solicitors in October 2020. I have a comprehensive legal background, with expertise in corporate transactions, including share and asset sales and purchases, as well as advising on restructurings, management buyouts and shareholder agreements. I enjoy building good relationships and taking the time to get to know my clients and their business. My aim is to work with my clients to help them achieve their objectives.
