You should immerse the language into your life and what matters to you, rather than immerse yourself into the language. Hi 🙌🏻 I started learning languages in March 2019, it was unintentional. There was someone I wanted to talk to for longer who only knew English, I was using Google translate the whole time. So I started learning some phrases to talk to them for longer, then the rest was history. “I knew you’d sound that way” (horrible) “You’ll never really learn this as you want, because it’s not your first language” “It’ll take time, relax” I didn’t like the sound of that last phrase, so I started analyzing the internal difference between my Spanish and English. Then developed strategies to get my English closer to how my Spanish was. Then something happened In December of that year, I was already fluent, but in March but 2020, a friend told me he got taken aback because he thought I wasn’t going to improve more. It sounded way more effortless, mastered more, this was intentional. Then I learned Italian, French and Portuguese. So I’m someone who’s already achieved a lot of times what you want to do, have implemented what I tell you and getting results. Regardless of those people who after 8 months have developed a completely different Spanish, the best showcase is that I’ve done it myself. You won’t master this because my native language is Spanish. Spanish is the car, but But how do you control the process and speed? How do you And that’s why I’m confident in your ability to do it regardless of who you are. The information itself is useless, when you struggle to find a way to make it work in your favor. How do you control speed? How do you track it? How do you make words automatic in both listening and speaking, not just reading? If it’s not as quick to get, why is it? Because you don’t know it? Is that a precise explanation? No. How do you make it instant to get? How to make X vocabulary active without relying on constant conscious repetition? See, that’s the magic.
