A seasoned field experienced construction professional with more than twenty five years in the industry, takes pride in skills as a master craftsman with a wealth of experience in multiple trades. During the last eighteen years has performed duties at the level of a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager and General Contractor. Has been part of numerous residential and commercial projects ranging from custom home, retail, office, restaurant, and healthcare facility renovation projects including ground up and tenant improvements. Responsibilities have included pre-construction support from coordination of conceptual design development, construction feasibility, budget development, cost tracking, contract review/approval and the development of master project schedules. In field coordination has been successful at managing over forty employees, the coordination of sub-contractors, the development of good rapport when meeting with local building officials in the support of several projects running in parallel. He has been blessed with the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals from owners, local city & state officials and design professionals. As a general contractor and small business owner he has had the opportunity to make great connections and continues to apply this experience in his journey ahead.
