I joined Tarabut Gateway to help them with their go-to-market phase by supporting from technical side. Here are my responsibilities: 

•Introduce and improve marketing automation tools, project management processes, and communication tools to enhance marketing’s efficiency and effectiveness.
•Manage digital marketing efforts, including planning and executing paid social and search campaigns, managing landing pages and website presences, and preparing and operating online webinars.
•Deepen the teams understanding of and reliance on marketing metrics to improve marketing execution capabilities and brand awareness.
•Build upon the existing Marketing Operations infrastructure to continue to scale marketing efforts in a high-growth environment. 
•Be a primary contributor to the efficacy of digital marketing channels and drive the digital testing and personalization strategy.
•Work with all aspects of the marketing team and collaborate in a variety of strategic efforts. 
•Look at comprehensive campaign performance data to evaluate campaign automation, journey flows, and other areas for improvement/growth in addition to educating the team and advising on standard processes.
•Provides email execution and management of related activities, can include but not limited to maintaining email marketing promotional calendar and sending schedule, scheduling emails, and handling target customer lists.

Marketing Operations Manager

The digital marketing operations manager aligns and optimizes processes, which include everything from data reporting to campaign strategy implementation. This builds a foundation that reinforces and supports marketing efforts. •	Provide Hubspot reports to internal stakeholders on a regular basis 
•	Manage internal and external campaigns each year across Web, Social, Apps, Email, Podcasts, and Content, collaborating internally (Marketing, Content, Sales, Partnerships) and externally (client-facing) to achieve campaign objectives. 
•	Manage all digital advertising medium 
•	Provide support to the Marketing team for the creation of campaigns for lead generation 
•	Serve as a platform owner for marketing analytics tools. 
•	Managing and applying tagging structures daily to track parameters across social media posts, blogs, etc. 
•	Digitally optimize and govern marketing processes from beginning to end
