My position aids TMC and MFP in growing new leads by developing an automated marketing process, while at the same time brainstorming and developing new creative “out of the box” marketing concepts. I love adding flare to everything I do with my graphic design skills. I also build and manage Turner Machine and Micro Food Plots social media profiles and presence. I love adding uniqueness and sharing our culture with potential new hires and customers. In addition to my primary role, I take on diverse responsibilities to ensure the seamless functioning of Turner Machine. Managing accounts payable/receivables, overseeing the front office, and providing executive support to the CEO are integral aspects of my role. Additionally, I lead the IT department, assisting the team with various technology needs. My overarching goal is to enhance productivity and maintain focus on our core priorities. I get to oversee the Rock Habits program, update quarterly priorities, and facilitate quarterly planning which allows the team to hold each other accountable.
