I have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models which I apply when working work closely with the subject matter expert. This to ensure relevant and dynamic content in order to meet assessment criteria and to ensure course completion and the appropriate return on investment. I have a proven ability to work effectively without supervision but still within a team. Am also diligent, thorough and professional in all aspects of delivery especially demonstrating a strong work ethic in the meeting of deadlines.
