I lead an international team comprising over 27 individuals, both internal and external resources, allowing for a diverse and collaborative approach. 

Program Management for the strategic Brussels Region (Paradigm) Web Project, spanning across all Brussels administrations. 

With Scrum Master certification and a strong delivery focus, I actively participate in high-level strategic conversations with the responsible cabinet, contributing to positive, impactful changes for the region.

-	Leading design workshops with the customer to challenge and design HR solutions, in line with client’s expectations.

Workday Functional Lead Consultant

European team member within the HRIS team of the Mohawk Group.

To get the best result out of our HR software, we question ourselves every day. Our Workday system needs to be able to adapt quickly to the global growth and evolving needs of the business, without losing consistency and structure.

We help the business with small things on a daily basis, whereby new needs pop up every day, going from a need for an HR Workday manual, to loading EIBs of all forms, or writing specific advanced reports.

To spice things up, there are constantly bigger challenges. For example, during the last months my time was almost solely devoted to the Expense Report Project for Europe. Trying to fit in European specific needs by being puzzled with the business process, security settings, worklets, massive EIB loads, an outbound integration,... Whereby you realize that the most important task is not the configuration itself, but to find the best solution that matches all needs of the 20.000 employees.

The diversity of the stakeholders, the constant global interaction within and outside the company, the emerging possibilities of the system, and realizing that you can actually make the difference as a young employee, is what pushes me to go the extra mile every day.

After my traineeship, I opted to join the SAP HCM Project team. 
The enormous variety gives me the chance to learn every day.
I’m able to work with people from all over the world, occupying a wide range of roles. This is permitting me to broaden my insights into the technical parts of SAP, as well as clarifying crucial interactions between different organizational cultures in Belgium and abroad.

I started as a team member of the Bpost project team. The aim of this project is to implement a new SAP HR system to cope with the needs of the 32.000 employees. During the first stages of the project, I was involved in the development of the blueprints, and the setup of the basic system.

After 6 months, I got the opportunity to work as a Business Process Analyst for IBM, to deliver SAP HR services to Procter and Gamble. This implies that I need to work 30-40% of the time in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. The interesting part of this project lies in the fact that there is a whole transition going on, whereby the services delivered in Newcastle, are moving to Budapest. SD Worx is the Belgian third party in this picture.
