Coverflex

• Upsell/cross-sell to Coverflex's customer base of over 5,000 companies (around 100,000+ employees), focusing on MSMEs acting in Portugal. 

• Proactively reach out to customers to set up a feedback cadence to understand how has been their Coverflex experience so far, and what can be improved (now, and in the mid-to-long run transmitting to Product to be figured on the roadmap). 

• Reactively provide support or liase between the customer, and Coverflex's customer support team to guarantee a seamless support experience. 

• Other activities: 

> Hosted multiple 1-hour live webinar sessions, demoing the solution for employees, and company managers, and clarifying doubts on a real-time Q&A. 

> Partnered with Marketing being the face of multiple video marketing campaigns targeting prospects (specifically, Enterprise, and Large Enterprise accounts).

> More than 100,000€ of new ARR generated (average ticket of around 1,000€) predominantly from Insurance.

Sales Executive

• Demand generation activities in EMEA conducted either in English or in Portuguese, across multiple verticals (e-commerce, marketplaces, subscription, high-risk, crypto exchanges, etc.) and tiers (scale-ups, mid-market, enterprise, and large enterprise).

> According to the strategy laid down by the GTM org leadership team, reaching out to prospects (following up on Marketing generated leads, cold calling, emailing, via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, via video & voice messaging, interacting with industry influencers, creating content to position me as a trustworthy source within the Payments industry, attending events face-to-face across Europe, etc.) to pitch the company value proposition, to uncover customer pains (active or latent), and to qualify opportunities (respecting a BANTS framework - Budget, Authority, Needs, Time, Size/Scope).

• In case of a successful qualification, demo the solution to the prospects to dig deeper into the discovery process before handing it over to the Sales Executive, and Solution Engineer.

• Administrative tasks:

> Updating the CRM (Salesforce) with all the account-specific information gathered during the demand generation activities (personas, contact details, organizational structure, business details, pain points, new features wish-list, decision-making process, etc.).

• Mentoring junior BDRs and supporting their growth alongside BDR Managers.

• Performance:

> Main KPI is the number of qualified opportunities created and approved by the Sales Executive.

> In numbers (as a percentage of the quarterly target):

• Demand generation activities in Sub-Saharan Africa (Southern Africa, Eastern Africa, and South Africa) conducted either in Portuguese or in English: 

> According with the strategy laid down by Sales and Marketing, reaching out to prospects or 50+ existing customers (following up on Marketing generated leads, cold calling, emailing, via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to pitch the company value proposition on the different lines of business (core banking system, channels, corporate and commercial lending, trade finance, treasury, capital markets, risk, payments, cash management, platform, BaaS, etc.), to uncover customer pains (active or latent), and to qualify opportunities (respecting a BANTS framework - Budget, Authority, Needs, Time, Size/Scope).

• Defining KPI’s to measure strategic products commercial performance

> According with strategic orientation given by the Executive Commission on the products to be commercialized for the trimester, alongside the Marketing team, I took part on the definition of the KPI’s used to measure the commercial performance of a network composed by 4050+ internal and external sales personnel spreaded across the country.

• Reporting

Weekly reports developed in SAS Enterprise Guide concerning:

> Commercial performance measurement of the Traditional channel (independent insurance agents and Fidelidade’s own agents), Banking channel and Brokerage used to:

- Evaluate and further develop the commercial structure and related goals;

- Test the efficacy of customized training sessions on the commercial performance;

- Control a pilot project regarding a new selling dynamic.

> Responsible for verifying the amounts received from insurance intermediaries and brokers by checking bank statements of the company and reconcile them against the transfer receipts. If the amount received was correct, responsible for accounting it.
