Responsible for platform tribe and its squads: Policy Management, Integrations and Core Features, thus responsible for the difinition of the policy management contexts, entities and attributes and platform good practices and premises for sustainability and scalability;
Some records:
Development of the new import tool, one of the main tools for policy management enablement, to bring Avita to the next level as reference in policy managament and data, as well as reference in tech and data architecture. Brought upload capacity per import from ~50 policies to 5000+ policies with no performance issues, with full import cycle management and visibility, through development of new entities and the conception of how data needed to treated and validaded throughout the flow, and interfaces to track the process.
Development of policy management renewal journey and automations, which granted proactiveness and full visibility to the company on this source of income and user awareness and control over this step on the policy lifecycle;
Development of the policy management timeline/history for better policy lifecycle management experience, with an end to end management, from issuing to endorsements, renewal, cancellation, etc;
Development of new integrations architecture from monolithic to microservice, which granted improved control over cloud resource allocation/consumed for/by the services, with an overall cost reduction of 30+% on cloud infrastructure for integration services;
Development of 10+ new integrations with partners for automatic quotations, issuing, cancellation, documents retrieval, etc for fully integrated user journeys/flows on both legal and traditional insurance product portfolio;
Improvement of integration performance through improvement on communication and resilience patterns and deep dive on the top 1 problem to solve/road blocker, which yielded an increase of 15+% success rate on API performance.
