I work to help leaders turn their vision into a strategy and their strategy into a story that compels their teams and customers to move. Originally from Texas, I moved to California and worked in Nonprofits there for over 5 years before jumping into the world of entrepreneurship. I got a poor man's MBA working alongside multiple serial entrepreneurs who had built, sold, and started again for many years. I went from PA, to ops, to marketing, to management, and eventually executive strategist. I learned loads by making mistakes and asking questions up close and in the trenches with people actually doing amazing things. I'm only where I am today because multiple great leaders gave me a shot. Now, I live in London and work to help leaders (mostly of SMEs and exciting new startups) give birth to big dreams, put the operational infrastructure in place to support them, and leverage the kind of bold creative strategy that shocks and inspires. Often, that means I'm working with marketing departments because "creativity" is more conventional in those environments. But I'm a big believer that all meaningful work is creative and creative energy should touch every aspect of your business.
