      o	April ($120,848.50 – 142% quota)
      o	July ($104.853.68 – 117% quota)
      o	December ($173,336.68 – 116% quota)
•	113% quota in Q2 2021 - $301,786.35 generated – $267,000 target
•	121% quota in Q4 2021 - $453,897.04 generated - $375,000 target

•	Month as top rep in 2020:
      o	December ($174,941.85 – 117% quota)

During my time with T2 Orthopedics, I helped to reduce the risk of a specific negative outcome for spine surgeons.

When faced with a patient with risk factors, surgeons let the patient know that a failed fusion may occur, requiring a revision surgery. If a patient is a recent smoker and has diabetes, my physicians would utilize bone growth therapy technology (Orthofix) to mitigate the risk of a failed spinal fusion.

My work in the Dallas/Ft Worth area involves helping various neurosurgery, orthopedic and podiatry specialists treating their patients regarding bone healing. Not only by achieving better clinical outcomes, but also assisting patients financially.

- Wish to accelerate treatment times and reduce chances of patient re-visits.

- Wish to offer their patients the most current, most compliant technology.

- Wish to off-load challenging issues such as handling patient co-pays/deductibles and offering financial assistance.

Sales Representative / Account Manager

DR Medical is a Durable Medical Equipment organization that services many different neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons across the entire state of Texas. My role in the company is to work with a sales manager and to focus on the North Texas territory, primarily the Dallas/Ft Worth area.

We fit patients with orthotic braces (Ottobock, Cybertech) to aid in post-surgical recovery or to treat spinal injuries conservatively in non-surgical cases.

Also, our physicians prescribe devices called "bone growth stimulators" (DJO CMF Spinalogic) to accelerate the recovery process and to mitigate the risks of cervical, thoracic, and/or lumbar fusions.

As a versatile Clinical Specialist and Account Manager, I work closely with a sales manager to drive revenue in the North Texas territory.

I coordinate and schedule with other patient service reps to ensure the delivery of the products; whether to the patients home, the doctors clinic, or various hospitals.
