Along with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, I studied a Master's in Media and Communications at City, University of London. SMU is one of the most important supermarket retailers in Chile. With a presence in all regions of the country and in Peru, its nearly 400 stores reach where other players do not and make people's lives easier. My role involves communicating externally every company actios that aligns to its strategy and positioning. Extend Comunicaciones, one of the most outstanding strategic communications agencies in Chile, allowed me to work with clients such as Spencer Stuart, Toyota, Oracle and Transparency International, among others, and being able to advise them directly on their communication strategies, manage their media presence (with +$100,000 in valorization), writing a wide range of contents, such as press releases; respond with extensive preparation to manage and react to any crisis that could arise, and build a reputation our clients can take pride in. At Mercedes-Benz, my hands-on role included project management and event coordination of 80+ projects, while being involved in their Marketing campaigns and Communication plans with different teams, I liaised with diverse stakeholders across different levels of the company and its branch offices, from Executives to Regional Managers, to ensure quality and the highest standards. Different business models and customers for truck, vans, buses and cars, proves my ability to work for multiple audiences. I managed budgets to up to $110,000 dollars. Radio Agricultura is one of Chile's most transcendent radio stations and with a national reach across the whole country, I went live every day during the sports show to inform the latest news about different first division football clubs. Teams covered include Universidad de Chile, Colo Colo and the USA National Team. Additionally, I provided live coverage for the Davis Cup Chilean National Team in 2015. At Desafío Levantemos Chile, a highly reputable charity foundation, I leveraged my Communication skills to navigate through their everyday challenges. Tasks included developing and writing press reports weekly to report to the Communications Director, writing press releases, updating the website with the latest news and opportunities and filming and conducting interviews of people that were being assisted by the foundation. Additionally, I am fluent in both Spanish and English, and I'm a Chile's Transparency International member.
