Logistics Analyst

•	Collaborate hand-by-hand with stakeholders to identify business opportunities based on data analysis, process analysis and operational efficiency improvements to support city operations and expansion across Chile, Germany, México and Perú.
•	Analyze and review existing processes to identify and implement efficiency improvement, automation processes and cost reduction opportunities. 
•	Define and implement operational KPIs and monitor performance, creating dashboards and monthly reporting to facilitate decision making.
•	Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain) for operational strategy alignment and develop growth initiatives. 
•	Assist in demand and inventory planning based on records and forecast. 
•	Own and drive strategic projects to understand customer behavior and improve customer experience.
•	Support risk identification activities to analyze financial impact on key decisions.
•	Assist internal audit execution, maintaining appropriate documentation in a timely manner and presenting results to senior management.

Strategy & Performance Analyst

•	Execute the technical-commercial strategy for air conditioning (HVAC) equipment split type and heat pumps for heating and DHW. 
•	Manage and promote three main product segments: economic (Daitsu Eco), medium (Daitsu Artic) and high (Fujitsu).
•	Collect and gather market information, analysis and competition benchmark to present value proposition proposals to customers.
•	Contact end customers (equipment users) providing technical assistance in English and Spanish.
•	Prospect (cold calling), qualify and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams from new and existing accounts.
•	Execute a sales process that validates and qualifies the technical and business requirements of the customer in order to close the business.
•	Manage technical inquires, quotations and follow-up client claims, issues and technical assistance. 
•	Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Operations) to ensure product delivery, availability and assortment.
•	Provide training to Sales Consultants, and Technical Engineers.
•	Assist to industry events: trade shows and expositions.

Technical Sales Engineer

•	Project for house complex composed of 5 buildings with five floors each, commercial stores and 8 houses.
•	Design and execute HVAC project (heating, air conditioning and ventilation). 
•	Carry-out detailed preparation of calculations, plans and specifications directly through supervision of other engineers and Project Managers.
•	Assist with specification and procurement of Mechanical Equipment (Central Cooling, Heating and Steam Systems, Air Systems, Piping Systems, Duct and plume systems, etc.)
•	Assist Project Manager with project kick-off, estimating, change directive pricing, job cost forecasting, billings, invoicing, documentation, prospecting, and contacting vendors and suppliers. 
•	Assist Project Manager in writing proposals, letters, memos, subcontracts, change orders and other documents related to the project execution.
•	Install underfloor heating and thermal power plant with boilers, air conditioning with split equipment.
