BD Strategy Partners is a boutique recruiting and consulting firm providing clients with customized recruiting solutions, sales consulting and training.

As Co-Founder, I wear many hats including Head of Sales and Partnerships, Head of Recruiting, Fractional Sales Consultant, and Sales Trainer.  

•	Bootstrapped and scaled the organization from 2 Co-Founders to 15 employees and from $0 revenue to a successful business with consistent YoY growth.  
•	Managed all day-to-day operations.
•	Initially recruited only for sales and GTM positions and then by demand from our clients, we successfully added executive search, marketing, finance/accounting, product, operations, and IT recruiting to our offerings.
•	Client engagement structure has been a mix of contingent, retained, and contract recruiting (see below). 
•	Expanded the business overseas into Israel by hiring a Managing Director in Tel Aviv in 2020.
•	Formed a partnership with Objective Management Group, a leading sales candidate assessments provider, so we can offer assessments to our recruiting clients.

Co-Founder

•	Player: Sell directly to prospects and clients.  Coach: Hire, train, and manage a team of Managing Directors and Sales Executives who sell recruiting services to companies in the US and Israel.  
•	Decision makers include CEOs, HR and talent leaders, and senior executive department leaders (CFO, CRO, CMO). 
•	Cultivate and manage referral partner relationships with other HR, sales, marketing, and accounting service providers.
•	Manage and expand existing client and partner relationships by getting down the hall to additional stakeholders. 

•	Conduct weekly team calls and one-on-one pipeline reviews with the MD’s and sales team.
•	Coach each team member to ensure success. 
•	Manage a marketing consultant and lead generation efforts.

Head of Sales and Partnerships

•	Built out and implemented the recruiting infrastructure and all processes and workflows.
•	As a player/coach: hire, train, and manage all recruiting team members (Managing Directors, Recruiters, Sourcers, Research Associates, and Operations Specialists)  
•	Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with each recruiter and attend weekly client update calls.
•	Analyze data and metrics and make adjustments to optimize performance and ensure time to fill is between 30-45 days. 
•	Serve as Interim Head of Talent Acquisition for select clients. 
•	Consulted with clients who needed assistance creating recruiting efficiencies and best practices.

Sales Consultant - Fractional Head of Sales

•	Train client recruiting teams on recruiting and hiring best practices, utilizing a 30-year proven process called STAR. 
•	Conduct client sales team training sessions to improve sales skills and fundamentals.

I am also an investor in Triple Impact Capital - a fund that invests in tech companies that are making a social impact.  In addition, I am an investor in 2 companies. (Tire Agent, Recover)

LinkedIn's Talent Solutions division provides recruiters with a SAAS recruiting platform and recruitment advertising solutions
•	Managed a team of Corporate Enterprise sales executives in New York and built the Federal Government practice in Washington, DC
•	Set up Federal team sales structure, quotas and compensation plans. Formed strategic partnerships with federal recruitment advertising agencies. Set up key procurement partnership with a leading technology vendor in the federal sector
•	Federal team more than doubled annual revenue in our first year as a dedicated team. The team also achieved 100% of their MBO's
•	An additional 4 members of my 2011 SMB team were promoted to management positions during 2013
•	Collaborated with the other leaders in the NY satellite office to ensure team members from all divisions were recognized for leadership, leverage, and results
•	Lead speaker at LinkedIn events and industry events. Events included - Next Generation of Government Summit, NFL Alumni Social Media event, and guest speaker at Villanova University Social Media classes
•	Member of LinkedIn University interview committee in New York office and the Sales Enablement interview committee during a year end re-org.

•	Re-structured territories and managed a team of Corporate Enterprise sales executives
•	7 of 9 AE's exceeded annual quota 
•	Lead speaker at regional marketing events
•	Worked closely with Marketing to host regional events in the east region. 
•	Established our national sales internship program.

•	Hired and coached the first New York based SMB team: 12 salespeople and 3 team leaders
•	7 of the 15 team members were promoted at the end of 2011 including 2 promotions to Manager
•	Worked with other LinkedIn sales leaders to establish professional development programs to ensure employees have career growth opportunities
•	Developed the regional quarterly awards event (the first LinkedIn office to do this) recognizing top performers in the New York office

This division of LexisNexis provides online research solutions and compliance and litigation software solutions to in house corporate legal departments
•	Managed a team of 10 enterprise and inside sales executives
•	Responsible for hiring, training and coaching team 
•	Presented quarterly sales and operations updates to senior management

This division of LexisNexis helps law firms with their online marketing strategy.  Services include advertising on Lawyers.com, law firm websites, pay per click campaigns, SEO
•	Managed 10 person team of Internet Marketing Salespeople responsible for new business acquisition 
•	Managed 5 person Account Management team responsible for renewing high-risk client accounts
•	Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching team
•	Presented quarterly sales and operations updates to senior management

•	Managed a team of 20 consisting of 3 managers, account executives, inside sales executives, and account managers.
