NO JOB is worth your mental health. Period.

A few years ago, I burned out hard.

My heart was racing.
I was constantly sick.
I dreaded Mondays 
And Tuesdays weren’t much better.
Every single day felt like a battle just to show up.

Until one day, I couldn’t take it anymore.
I walked away.

That breakdown nearly broke me 
but it also woke me up.

It forced me to:
🛠️ Rebuild myself from the ground up
💭 Rethink what I truly wanted out of life
♻️ Redefine what “success” actually means

Fast forward to today,  I’m doing work that lights me up everyday. 

But I’ll never forget the lesson burnout taught me:
👉 You are not your job.
👉 You are not your title.
👉 And your mental health is not negotiable.

If you’re in a job that drains you, start here:

1️⃣ Detach your identity from your title.
→ Your worth is not defined by your position or company name. 
→ Build a network outside your workplace, your future self will thank you! 

2️⃣ Reignite your curiosity.
→ Instead of scrolling mindlessly, explore what lights you up — topics, communities, causes, or people you genuinely admire.

3️⃣ Start building your personal brand.
→ You don’t need to quit first. 

→ Start showing up on LinkedIn, in conversations, in small ways that reflect who you really are.
🔹Share what you’re learning.
🔹Reflect on your journey.
🔹Speak your truth.

Because when you start expressing who you are, you slowly reclaim your power — and that’s when the right opportunities find you.

While everyone was catching the buzz of F1 and Crypto Week
I give myself permission to rest unapologetically. 🧘‍♀️

Here’s what rest looked like past few days : 
💤 Slept 33 hours over 3 days
🌳 Spent 6 hours in nature
📚 Caught up on learning
🪞 Journaled
🧘‍♀️ Meditated

The past few weeks were intense — trainings, events, coaching sessions, podcast recordings.. 

And my body started whispering: “Slow down.”

So, I listened.
I’m so glad I did.

Because after slowing down, I felt recharged, clear, and energised again. ⚡️

I used to feel guilty for resting (and sometimes, I still do). 🤭

But here’s what I’ve learned : 
👉 Rest isn’t a reward.
👉 It’s a business strategy.

This year alone, we’ve almost doubled last year’s revenue 🥳

But here’s the truth : 
Scaling requires energy and clarity.
👉🏻 And it only comes when your mind and body have space to breathe.

When you’re exhausted, it’s hard to think big.
You don’t create from overflow; you create from depletion.

So if you want to play the long game 
👉🏻 Double down on your rest.

Because the more you rest 
⤷ the more energy you have.

The more energy you have 
⤷ the more aligned actions you take.

And the more aligned you are 
⤷ the more abundance flows to you. 🌿

I used to roll my eyes at it.
It sounded way too woo-woo for my logical mind. 

But the truth?
Manifestation isn’t magic, it’s alignment.

It’s when your thoughts, energy, and actions start dancing to the same rhythm. 🎶 

And over the past few months…
That dance has brought me so many goosebump and miracles moments beyond logic! 

I’ve lost count and feel truly blessed! 🙏

This year has stretched me in ways I never imagined.

I’ve invested deeply in : 
- my business
- my mindset
- my growth

I said yes to coaching with mentors I deeply admired. 

When I joined Jasmin Alić's Link Up community, I didn’t overthink it.
It was a full-body yes — one of those moments you just know.

Somewhere deep down, I told myself:
“I’ll manifest that Bosnia trip one day.”

Fast forward to today, I’m literally on my way to Bosnia.
To meet the man himself.
On a fully paid trip, no less. 😜

My first-ever solo trip.
With zero itinerary.
And for a recovering control freak like me, that’s a big deal. 😂

But strangely… I’ve never felt more at ease.

Because manifestation isn’t about forcing things to happen 
👉🏻 it’s about creating space for them to unfold.

✨ It’s structure meeting surrender.
✨ It’s faith meeting flow.
✨ It’s you trusting that what’s meant for you is already finding its way.

When your Content feels stuck… 
It’s Not a Sign to Stop. ✋ 

It’s an invitation to go deeper.

Ever had those moments where you stare at the screen thinking  
“What do I even post?”
“Will anyone care or even read?”
“Am I being too much… or not enough?”

Some days you feel invisible.
Some days you feel too exposed.
And that inner voice starts whispering 
“Maybe it’s safer to stay quiet.”

I get it.
Because I’ve been there too.

But here’s the truth I learned (the hard way):
That stuckness? It’s not a block.
It’s your next level knocking.

It’s your higher self nudging you 
“It’s time to create from who you’re becoming, not who you’ve been.”

When I stopped trying to push through and started to listen
👉🏻 my content started to flow differently 

Not from effort, but from flow.
Not from proving, but from presence.

So if you’re in that in-between space right now…Breathe.
Feel it.
Let it work through you.

Because stuckness isn’t the end.
It’s the beginning of your expansion. 🌿

I built a career I don’t need a vacation from.

Most people dream about freedom.
Few actually build it.

For years, I told myself “one day.”
One day I’ll work on my own terms.
One day I’ll travel when I want.
One day I’ll have Mondays that don’t make me sigh.

Then I stopped waiting for one day 
and started creating today.

Recently, while travelling in Sarajevo 🇧🇦, I ran a Personal Branding webinar for one of our clients — right from a co-working space across my hotel.

No rush hour.
No clocking in.
No pretending to be “on.”

Just me, my laptop, and a group of beautiful humans ready to grow their brands.

That’s when I realised — this wasn’t coincidence.

👉🏻 It’s freedom built with intention.

Here’s what working on my own terms really feels like:
✨ You don’t need to drag yourself to work on Mondays.
✨ Fridays can last a little longer.
✨ Your energy sets the schedule, not the other way around.
✨ Work that fuels you — not just funds you.

Freedom doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens when you start choosing what truly matters — with courage, clarity, and consistency.

Because if you don’t design your life, someone else will design it for you.

And you might not like their blueprint.

I played too small for too long. 

Because that’s what feel safe. 

Since young, I was told 
“Don’t dream too big, you’ll only be disappointed.”

So I played it safe.
Set goals I knew I could reach.
Kept my dreams within arm’s length.

The result?
Mediocre outcomes.
Borderline exam scores.
Business targets that barely moved the needle.

Because when you play small,
you train your mind to shrink your potential.

When I started my business, I told myself:
“Six figures? Too far-fetched.”
“I don’t know how.”
“I’m not sure if I’m ready.”

And yet
a tiny voice inside whispered,
“What if you already are?”

So I began visualising the elevated version of me 
- the one who owns her power
- leads with conviction
- and plays full out.

This year?
✨ We doubled last year’s revenue.
✨ Closed our biggest project to date.
✨ Attracted dream clients who align with my values.

Not because I hustled harder 
but because I believed bigger.

I stopped waiting to feel ready.
I started embodying the woman who already am.
And life met me at that level.

If you’ve been playing it safe, remember:
Safety keeps you small.
Self-belief sets you free.

💫 The moment you expand your belief,
your results will rise to meet you.

What can a boat house teach us about entrepreneurship? 🚤

Recently, I visited a friend’s boat house @ Marina.

From there, the city skyline looked completely different. 

The same buildings I used to see from land, yet from the water, they told a new story.

It struck me: entrepreneurship and brand building are just like this.

A boat house is anchored, yet it floats with the tides. 🌊

You can’t control the waves : 
- markets
- clients
- algorithms

But you can control your anchors: 
- your values
- your story
- your brand.

🏙️ And sometimes, it’s about shifting perspective. 

The landscape doesn’t change, but your angle does. 
👉🏻 Fresh possibilities appear when you zoom out of the frame and see things differently.

The beauty of the boat house came from simplicity and openness.

The strongest brands shine the same way:
→ clear, authentic, effortless.

Stability in the flow. 
Strength in simplicity.
Perspective in the familiar. 

That’s the art of building a brand that lasts.

This week was a beautiful mess. 😅😂

Jet lag had me wide awake at 3am and only functional by 11am — but somehow, we pulled through.

Because this week, we ran a 130-pax LEGO® Team Simulation for our client — an experiential journey where teams had to strategize, build, and collaborate through constant changes, limited resources, and shifting client demands.

It mirrored real life perfectly — the chaos, the creativity, the collaboration. Look at those beautifully done Lego cars 🚙 🚗 

And just when I thought I had everything under control… one of our facilitators fell sick.

So there I was - covering 3 roles at once - running around, troubleshooting, and laughing through the madness. 😂

A reminder that sometimes leadership looks like rolling up your sleeves, asking for support and trusting the process. 🌿

During the closing, the CEO, Jenny shared five powerful takeaways that summed up the simulation beautifully:

1️⃣ Strengthen your skillset when situations toughen.
⤷ It’s easy to thrive when things go well — true growth happens when challenges rise.

2️⃣ Engage beyond silos.
⤷ Collaboration is the bridge that connects potential to performance.

3️⃣ Be client-centric — serve, don’t just sell.
⤷ With so many competitors offering value, the real differentiator is you — your empathy, your integrity, your service.

4️⃣ Embrace differences.
⤷ Limited resources often create tension, but unity turns constraints into creativity. Together, we can face the world with strength and synergy.

5️⃣ Keep a growth mindset.
⤷ Reinvent, reimagine, realign - begin with the end in mind, but dance with the unknown along the way.
