Led program to transition The White House’s 18 integrated on-premise applications supporting 68 federal agencies and 250,000 users to a cloud platform for government-wide collaboration. Led technical approach with Agile methodologies, analysis of current and future state architectures, user research, and alternatives for implementing the technology stack.

Director, MAX.gov Transition Program

Led the Open Source Program Office (OSPO) developing and maintaining a technical platform with website and API and an open-source software community to implement The White House’s Federal Source Code Policy. Led engineering practices with DevSecOps and front-end development with Agile methodologies to create and enhance open-source products.

Led program modeled after The White House’s U.S. Digital Service to design and deliver digital services to the American people. Created a new division by conducting all aspects of business, technical, and people management with IT designers and engineers, and used Agile methodologies for cloud-based automated DevSecOps product development.
