Marketing Automation Manager

Developed and launched 30+ webinars, 100+ virtual events, and other lead-generating campaigns in order to support the drastic pivot into digital-centered marketing campaigns as a result of the pandemic in early-2020. Having just recently migrated to Marketo, it was an accomplishment to have quickly ramped up and still have met the intense Marketing campaign and operational demands.

Standardized and operationalized several key lead data processes to ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy compliance within the entire Marketing department. This included a centralized, shared document for logging unique lead source (or utm_source) values for campaigns and vendors, as well as a centralized list upload template for acquiring new leads from third-party sources and events.

Published a 12-page standard operating procedure document enumerating the end-to-end process of configuring and launching regional events using Marketo, Jeto, and SFDC. This was beneficial for knowledge transfer, training, and documentation purposes.

Migrated a 1-million contact database from Eloqua to Marketo in late-2019 over a tight 8-week timeline. This migration included the reconstruction of core marketing programs, lead generation forms, event landing pages, email templates, and countless QA testing of data automation and integration workflows to ensure seamless transition of campaigns and data synch between Marketo and SFDC.

In 2018-2019, developed a centralized Marketing reporting infrastructure and performance dashboard using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE). This self-serve dashboard significantly addressed the reporting gap that enabled campaign managers to accurately measure key campaign performance metrics such as new known leads, MQLs conversions, and email engagement across 12+ marketing channels including webinars, events, tradeshows, whitepapers, newsletters, and nurture streams.
